Designed by Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, Accordia offers urban living in a variety of innovative houses and apartments with a balance of private and public spaces. Traditional gardens are replaced with open spaces such as courtyards, roof terraces and large balconies.

Set in a mature landscape, 700 existing trees are integrated into the landscape and communal gardens. Grant Associates designed the landscape and communal gardens with an emphasis on shared spaces and experiences.
