How long have you been a carpenter?
27 years! My first project was a loft conversion in 1999...

How did you end up working for Carpenter Oak?
Having done some framing in my native Leicestershire, I'd been a big fan of CO for a long time. When the opportunity came up to relocate to Devon, I made it my mission to become a part of the team!

What is the best thing about working for Carpenter Oak?
There isn't one single thing I could cite as the best per se; it is more a combination of factors that make me love it so much: the people, the projects, the development opportunities, the site work, and the sense of satisfaction when you can stand back and admire a beautiful frame you have been part of creating. My favourite frame so far has been Moonfleet Campsite in Dorset; not only due to the frame being a work of art, but the install was so memorable. Staying with the clients on site in such an amazing location was a privilege.
