We've designed and raised an array of timber framed structures that are either new build or remodelling projects designed to provide rental accommodation and bring people together under one roof.

The huge rise in UK-based holidays - particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic - and the opportunity created by Airbnb has seen demand for these type of projects surge which, in turn, has galvanised home owners and new self builders to look at how they can create a structure or adapt their existing home to give them a rental revenue stream. As well as showcasing unique craftsmanship and a timeless aesthetic, timber framed structures lend themselves particularly well to those sought-after entertaining rooms, allowing expansive open plan, high ceiling living areas for entertaining, dining and relaxing.

The projects across the UK that we've been part of that are now rental properties also present the perfect opportunity to see our work up close and showcase what's possible with a timber framed space.

Here are just some of our favourite properties you can stay in and get inspired for your own project...
