Gitcombe Farm is a collection of stone agricultural barns that surround an elegant Georgian era farmhouse.

The farm is situated in a secluded valley, just over a mile from our Devon yard and has been revitalised as a collection of successful holiday lets that are the perfect base from which to explore the South Hams.

The clients wanted to build on this growing business and had the ideal plot, elevated above the rest of the buildings and with the farm's best views across the valley and rolling Devon countryside.

Their plot had an existing agricultural shed that was surplus to requirements - always helpful for getting planning permission.
